Comfy beds with breathtaking views

Waking up each morning was a joy, with sunlight streaming through big sash windows and a stunning coastal view to greet us. The historical charm of the building added to the ambiance.

Unfortunately, the towels provided were quite skimpy, leaving us wanting for larger, more luxurious options during our stay. It slightly detracted from the overall experience.

perfectly positioned for scenic walks and local attractions

the suite with sea view was cozy and offered stunning morning views. It was just a short stroll to Brixham Harbour and the South West Coast Path which made exploring the area super easy.

the leader has an ideal location and our suite with sea view was lovely, clean, and comfortable. it felt just as described, with fantastic views! we had a hiccup finding it, but the lady who assisted us over the phone was incredibly helpful.

The bed was super comfy, and waking up to that beautiful view every morning just made my day! I loved the cozy lounge area and the hot tub, which were perfect for relaxation after exploring. The only slight downside was the towels could've been a bit larger for a more luxurious feel, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 😊

the leader has an ideal location, just a short stroll to the harbor. our suite with sea view was lovely and comfortable, with stunning views that made mornings special. the staff was really helpful, especially the lady on the phone when we had trouble finding the place. free wi-fi added a nice touch to our stay.
